We’ve been talking extensively about expectations for this market from May into June and right now, it probably feels like watching grass grow.

Price is slowly grinding higher, nothing explosive yet.

But this is exactly why it’s worth stepping back and looking at prior cycle bottoms for context because what we’re seeing right now is not unusual at all.
